to information collected at Lisa Fine Arts, Books & Crafts’s Web site.

Lisa Fine Arts, Books & Crafts collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the
following information about our visitors: 1. Numbers of pages viewed 2. Any email contact form or survey
form submission, including any data submitted therein. Survey results are used to improve our site and offerings.
3. For any visitor who buys a product from us we will collect that person's name, email and shipping address when
they provide these, in order to deliver their products to them. Any such information is used solely for delivery of
goods and information, and laws regarding privacy will be followed by Lisa Fine Arts, Books & Crafts.
4. We may also collect any information which our web visitors may divulge about others, such as name and address
in the case of gift purchases, or any references or referrals made by our site users. Lisa Fine Arts, Books & Crafts
doesn't ever knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable: anonymous website traffic data.
To receive and use some of our books, an email address will be requested and needful because some books
which may be read on personal computers (called ebooks) require an email address to register the book, and to
send the book owner's passwords to. Email addresses are never sold, shared or loaned to anyone else. The
ebooks are registered (with email address and first name, plus any other personally identifiable information the
reader wishes to enter) on IMC's Ebook Pro server in Canada, as they provide the secure ebook program software.
Other information we request is optional, but will always be treated with respect and full appreciation of privacy.
We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to
be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Lisa Fine Arts, Books & Crafts to track usage patterns, such as unique
visitors to our website, which pages are viewed, what type of web browser is used, and other traffic related
statistics. Our cookies do have an expiration date, and automatically expire in 6 months. Our cookies do not
collect personally identifiable information. A third party (Google) collects the above information at our Web
site on our behalf, for our purpose of web traffic analysis. Traffic information is only tracked on, and concerns
our own site. We don't track any other information.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Lisa Fine Arts, Books & Crafts will be used for the purposes stated, and any
survey information collected will be read and analyzed as to what our customers really want . Users who
choose to provide email information will receive infrequent email announcements, information and may
receive occasional gifts via email and download links.
Customers may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals,
and gifts. Out of respect for the wishes of our customers and users we present the option to not
receive these types of communications.
The anonymous information we collect (page views and length of time on a page and such) will be used
to create anonymous customer profiles based on browsing and purchasing history. We do not supplement
information collected at our Web site with data from other sources, such as credit history to authorize purchases.
